We do NOT use driver data or agency data for any other businesses or third-party commercial purposes. Your information is collected and used exclusively for providing you with shift management services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing or business purposes.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Agency Information

When agencies register for our Service, we collect:

  • Business name and contact information
  • Email address and phone number
  • Payment and billing information
  • Business address and timezone
  • Subscription and account preferences

2.2 Driver Information

Agencies create driver profiles that include:

  • Full name and contact details (phone number, email)
  • Account credentials (encrypted passwords)
  • WhatsApp preferences
  • Shift history and performance data
  • Account status (active/inactive)

Important: Driver data is accessible only to the agency that created the driver account. We do not share driver information with other agencies or third parties.

2.3 Customer Information

Agencies manage customer data including:

  • Name, phone number, and email address
  • Service addresses and locations
  • Booking history and shift details

2.4 Location Data

We collect GPS location data when drivers update shift status (Reached, Running, Complete) through the mobile interface.

  • Location is captured only at specific shift milestones
  • Location data is used solely for shift tracking and verification
  • GPS data is visible only to the managing agency
  • We do NOT track continuous location or monitor drivers outside of shift updates
  • Location data is NOT sold or shared with third parties

2.5 Shift and Transaction Data

  • Shift schedules, assignments, and status updates
  • Start and end times (scheduled and actual)
  • Shift charges and rate calculations
  • Invoice and payment records
  • Comments and notes added to shifts

2.6 Technical and Usage Data

  • IP address and device information
  • Browser type and version
  • Login and activity logs
  • Session data and authentication tokens
  • Feature usage and interaction patterns

3. How We Use Your Information

4.1 Within the Platform

  • Driver data is visible only to the agency that manages that driver
  • Shift information is accessible to the assigned driver, managing agency, and relevant customer
  • Location data is visible only to the agency managing the shift
  • Data is strictly isolated between different agency accounts

4.2 Service Providers

We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform:

  • Hosting and cloud infrastructure providers (data storage and processing)
  • Payment processors (for subscription billing only)
  • Email and communication services (for system notifications)
  • WhatsApp API providers (if agencies enable WhatsApp notifications)

All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to:
